DAY 1 — Lake Louise & Moraine Lake

Morning – Lake Louise

  • Visit Lake Louise
  • Rent a canoe or walk along the lakeshore
  • Take iconic photos with turquoise waters and mountains

Midday – Hiking Around Lake Louise

  • Options: Lake Agnes Tea House hike (moderate, 3–4 hours round trip)
  • Enjoy stunning mountain views and forest scenery

Afternoon – Moraine Lake

  • Drive to Moraine Lake
  • Short hikes or viewpoints like the Rockpile Trail
  • Perfect for photography and relaxing by the lake

Evening – Banff Town

  • Return to Banff town
  • Dinner at local restaurants
  • Optional: stroll along Banff Avenue for shopping and sightseeing

 DAY 2 — Scenic Drives & Hot Springs

Morning – Icefields Parkway / Bow Lake

  • Take the scenic Icefields Parkway drive (one of the world’s most beautiful roads)
  • Stop at Bow Lake and other viewpoints for photography

Midday – Johnston Canyon

  • Hike to Johnston Canyon waterfalls (1–2 hours)
  • Easy walk to Upper Falls
  • Optional: continue to Ink Pots for more adventure

Afternoon – Lake Minnewanka & Two Jack Lake

  • Visit Lake Minnewanka for a short walk or boat ride
  • Stop by Two Jack Lake for relaxing views

Evening – Banff Upper Hot Springs

  • Relax at Banff Upper Hot Springs
  • End the day soaking in warm waters with mountain views
